Challenges of agriculture 4.0 with socio-environmental changes: influence of consumer institutional logic

Population growth has forced the planet to rethink attitudes towards sustainability. Meeting current and future human needs is a major challenge, as it involves trying balance exploitation of natural resources while meeting society's needs. This challenge becomes even greater when an exponential increase in population observed. In this sense, one food, therefore production beef been focus study by environmentalists, due large occupation areas. Thus, main objective understand consumer expectations according different institutional logics identify most adapted Industry 4.0 technologies meet these requirements. For this, bibliographical survey used sector consumer's view socio-environmental changes was carried out. It observed results that there continuous need use agriculture for monitoring, since number consumers concerned about origin meat ecologically correct increased.
